Course Description
Café Cooking allows students to learn about hospitality and business in a real life context. In this course students learn front of house and back of house skills. Students apply these skills to the running the café. Students develop practical barista skills and through the lens of Café Cooking also grow their knowledge about themselves as learners, and their capabilities.
