Course Description

In Food & Hospitality students focus on the dynamic nature of the food and hospitality industry in Australian society.

Students develop an understanding of contemporary approaches and issues related to food and hospitality.

Students complete a variety of practical tasks that allows them to display their knowledge of food preparation and the hospitality industry. 

This reflects a variety of views such as local, national and global situations. 

Students work both individually and collaboratively.
