Course Description
Café Cooking allows students to learn about hospitality and running a café in a real life context. Students learn about and develop skills suitable for front of house and back of house. Students undertake practical tasks individually and in groups and undertake a personal venture that helps them apply their learning.
Café Cooking students will also grow their knowledge about themselves as learners, and their capabilities.
