How to Apply
Starting your journey at Casuarina Senior College (CSC) is simple.
Follow the steps below to complete your enrolment and join our vibrant learning community.
Step 1
Complete the Enrolment Form
Download and complete the Casuarina Senior College Enrolment Form.
This form collects important details about the student, parent or guardian, and any relevant medical or family information.
If you need help filling out the form or require translation services, please contact our administration team, we’re happy to assist.
Step 2
Prepare Your Supporting Documents
Along with your completed form, please include copies of the following documents:
Proof of identity
– Birth Certificate or Passport
- If born outside Australia, include proof of citizenship or a valid visa
- International students must provide a confirmation letter from International Services
Immunisation History Statement
– available from your Medicare online account via myGov or by calling
1800 653 809
Most recent school reports
– these must be obtained from your child’s previous school by the parent/guardian
Subject Selection Form
– completed
Medical details or health plans
– if applicable
Court orders or family documents
– where relevant to custody or access arrangements

Confirmation of Enrolment
Once your application has been reviewed, our team will contact you to:
- Confirm receipt of your application
- Arrange any additional details or interviews if required
- Finalise your enrolment and provide your start date
