Student Leadership

At Casuarina Senior College (CSC), we actively encourage students to take on leadership opportunities that inspire personal growth and make a real difference in our school community.



Student leadership is about more than holding a title, it’s about building confidence, developing teamwork, and having a voice in shaping college life.

The Student Leadership Team (SLT)

Each year, students from all year levels are invited to nominate for positions on the Student Leadership Team (SLT).


The SLT represents the voice of the student body, working collaboratively with staff to support and enhance the CSC experience for everyone.

College Captains

Our College Captains are key members of the SLT and act as ambassadors for the College.


They represent CSC at school events, community activities, and official functions throughout the year, demonstrating leadership, responsibility, and pride in their school.
