About the School Board
The
Casuarina Senior College School Board plays a vital role in guiding the direction and ongoing success of the College.
Working closely with the Principal, the Board helps shape strategic priorities, monitor progress, and support initiatives that enhance learning, wellbeing, and community connection.
Our Purpose
The School Board provides a strong and balanced voice for parents, students, staff, and the wider community.

Its goal is to ensure that decisions made at Casuarina Senior College reflect the needs, values, and aspirations of everyone involved in the life of the College.

Established under the Education Act (2015), the School Board operates within Department of Education policies and frameworks.

Advising the Principal on community educational needs and policy implementation
Reviewing and supporting the College’s physical and resource requirements
Overseeing building and grounds improvements
Strengthening partnerships between families, community groups, and the College
Determining and approving the annual College budget
Approving community use of College facilities
