Course Description
Nutrition looks at the food people eat and its effects on health and fitness.
Students taste food, change recipes to make them healthier, learn how to evaluate a person’s diet and recommend improvements.
Students also study how food choices affect people’s wellbeing and how various factors other than taste affect food choice.
