In Chinese (Beginners), students will develop foundational skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Mandarin. Areas of focus include practical, everyday communication in familiar contexts, as well as the development of intercultural understanding. Through various topics such as personal identity, school life, travel and food, students will explore language structures and cultural practices while building confidence in using the language in meaningful ways.
