Course Overview
In Food and Hospitality students focus on the food and hospitality industry and the issues that it faces. This course provides foundational skills and knowledge for students seeking to enter the dynamic food and hospitality industry.
Students will gain practical experience in food preparation, hospitality operations, and preparing them for various roles in cafes and restaurants.
It is recommended that students successfully complete at least 1 semester of Stage 1 Food and Hospitality if they wish to enrol in Stage 2 Food and Hospitality.
