It provides a strong foundation for careers that value critical thinking, research, cultural understanding, and knowledge of how societies grow and change.

Throughout the course, students explore important social and cultural issues both locally and globally. They learn how to think critically about the world around them, analyse the forces that shape communities, understand and compare different cultures, and communicate their ideas clearly and thoughtfully. Students also build skills in ethical research and collaboration, learning how to evaluate different perspectives and form strong, evidence-based opinions. Society and Culture encourages students to see the bigger picture and prepares them to make a positive impact in their communities and future careers.
