Course Description
In Ancient History students have the opportunity to investigate a range of ancient societies, such as Ancient Egypt, China, Greece and Rome in order to assess their impact on both the ancient and modern world.
Students access archaeological, primary, ancient and secondary sources and construct their own interpretations of the past based on evidence.
Students also examine the issues surrounding the conservation and preservation of ancient artefacts and archaeological sites.
