Course Overview
Cafe Cooking is a hands-on subject where students learn the skills necessary to work in a cafe, including roles in both the front of house and back of house. Students work together to run Caz Cafe for the school community.

They will practice their communication skills waiting on and serving customers. Students will also design menus and advertise the cafe. They will reflect on their work providing peer and self-assessments to improve their performance and that of the cafe.
